  Arcos    
  The Arcos was a Federation freighter that suffered a warp containment breach near the planet Turkana IV in 2367. The Arcos crew evacuated when the ship exploded over Turkana IV. Their escape pod landed on the surface of the planet whereupon they were captured by members of the Alliance. TNG Legacy.

According to the ST Encyclopedia, the Arcos is a Starfleet Deneva-class vessel with the registry NCC-6237. However, there is no evidence in the episode that would confirm this. The Arcos was identified as "Federation freighter" and the two Arcos crewmen did not wear Starfleet uniforms. Name from dialogue.

 

 

  Artemis    
 

The Artemis was a Federation colony ship that departed in 2274 on a mission to transport colonists to planet Septimus Minor, but went off course when the ship's navigation system failed. The ship actually delivered the colonists to planet Tau Cygna V. TNG The Ensigns of Command.

  Astral Queen    
 

In 2266, at the request of Enterprise captain James T. Kirk, the Astral Queen, a Federation passenger spacecraft under the command of Captain Jon Daily, bypassed a scheduled stop at Planet Q, forcing the Karidian Company of Players to request passage aboard the Enterprise. TOS The Conscience of the King.

  Aurora    
 

The Federation space cruiser Aurora was stolen by Dr. Sevrin and his followers for their search for the mythical planet Eden in 2269. TOS The Way to Eden.

The Aurora miniature was a modification of the Tholian ship from the TOS episode "The Tholian Web". Name from dialogue.

 

 

  S.S. Beagle    
 

The Beagle, a Federation Class-IV stardrive survey vessel, had a crew of 47 and was commanded by Captain R. M. Merrick. The Beagle was exploring star system Eight Ninety-Two in 2261, when it was damaged by meteors and drifted toward the fourth planet of that system. The crew of the Beagle was eventually captured by the inhabitants of planet Eight Ninety-Two IV. TOS Bread and Circuses.

The Beagle was originally called U.S.S. Lord Nelson in an early draft of the script. Name from dialogue.

 

 

  C-57-D    
 

The C-57-D, under the command of Capt. J.J. Adams, visited Lunar Receiving in 2370. Her next stay was at station Deep Space 9 on stardate 47562.0. DS9 Whispers.

Named after the United Planets cruiser from the movie "Forbidden Planet". Name from a computer display.

 

 

  C.A.R. 54-D    
 

The C.A.R. 54-D, under the command of Capt. R. Savage, visited planet Arlington IV in 2370. Her next stay was at station Deep Space 9 on stardate 47563.1. DS9 Whispers.

The Dierdre supposedly sent a distress call to the Starship Enterprise on stardate 3497. The signal was a hoax sent by a Klingon vessel, the second Klingon attempt to prevent the Enterprise from returning to planet Capella IV. Upon receipt of the fraudulent message, Chief Engineer Scott succinctly commented, "Fool me once, shame on you. Fool me twice, shame on me." Friday's Child.

  The Raven was the ship of Seven of Nine's parents. It was partially assimiliated about 20 years before 2374 and crashed on an M-class moon in B'omar space. In 2374, when Seven thought she was picking up a Borg homing signal, she stole a shuttlecraft to follow the signal and re-join the collective. Tuvok followed her and they discovered that the signal was emitted by the wreckage of the Raven. B'omar ships also discovered the wreckage and fired upon it which forced Tuvok and Seven to leave the vessel. VOY The Raven.

  The Federation ship Robert Fox ferried El-Aurian refugees in convoy with the S.S. Lakul in 2293. Both transport vessels became caught by the gravimetric distortion surrounding the nexus energy ribbon. The Robert Fox was destroyed from hull stresses before any of her passengers could be rescued. Star Trek: Generations.

The name of the Robert Fox was not mentioned in dialogue, but comes from a computer graphic display on the science officer's console on the Enterprise-B bridge. The name was suggested by movie co-writer Ronald D. Moore.

 

 

  Santa Maria BDR-529

Erewhon-class

 
  The Santa Maria embarked in 2360 for planet Gemulon V. The ship suffered life-support failure in the vicinity of planet Orellius and was forced to land there to make repairs. Once there, the ship and all its personnel became stranded. DS9 Paradise.

Named after Christopher Columbus' ship that reached the new world in 1492. The ship's registry is an homage to the movie "Blues Brothers". Name and class from dialogue. Registry from screenshots.

 

 

  T'Pau NSP-17938    
  The T'Pau, a ship of the Vulcan National Merchant Fleet, was decommissioned in 2364 and assigned to the Starfleet surplus depot in orbit around planet Qualor II. In 2368, parts of the T'Pau's navigational deflector array were discovered in the wreckage of a Ferengi cargo shuttle. Investigations of the unauthorized parts transfer led to the discovery that the T'Pau had been surreptitiously acquired by the Romulans. The ship was used to carry some two thousand Romulan troops during an attempted Romulan invasion of planet Vulcan in 2368. When the attempted invasion was exposed by Ambassador Spock, the Romulans destroyed the ship to avoid capture. TNG Unification, Part 1 & 2.

  T'Vran    
 

This Vulcan science vessel offered assistance to a runabout from Deep Space 9 after a Miradorn vessel was destroyed in the Chamra Vortex in 2369. The T'Vran then transported Rakhari fugitive Corden and his daughter to Vulcan to start new lives. DS9 Vortex.

  S.S. Vico NAR-18834

Oberth-class

 
  In 2368, the Federation ship Vico was assigned to explore the interior of the Black Cluster. Inside this cluster, the Vico encountered severe gravitational wavefronts that were amplified by the Vico's shields, destroying the ship. There was only one survivor, a young boy named Timothy, who was rescued by the Enterprise-D. TNG Hero Worship.

  The Woden was an automated ore freighter with no crew. The ship was destroyed by the M-5 multitronic unit in 2268 when that experimental computer malfunctioned seriously. TOS The Ultimate Computer.

The Woden was a re-use of the Botany Bay from TOS Space Seed.
